How does the platform ClassIn work?

After downloading ClassIn on your computer and/or on your phone, you will be able to sign up using your phone number. Once you have signed up, we will send you a request for you to access your classes. The entire process can be done in less than 5 minutes.

Through ClassIn, you will be able to attend your classes, receive and submit your homework, contact your teacher and see your class schedule.

Where can I download ClassIn?

To download ClassIn on your computer, click here. ClassIn is also available on the App Store and Google Play store.

What is LinguaBox class cancellation policy?

You can cancel and reschedule your class without any penalty up to 5 hours before your scheduled class.

How can I pay?

You can decide to pay through our website or by bank transfer. If you choose to pay through the website, the transaction will be processed by Paypal/Stripe, using your credit/debit card or Apple Pay.

Do you support international and local school curriculums?

Yes, Linguabox classes support local school curriculums, as well as international school curriculums. We offer Mandarin homework support, test preparation, project and essay editing, and much more as part of our tutoring classes. Whether your child has just moved to a new school and is having difficulties catching up, or they’d like to get ahead and stay prepared, our classes can provide the perfect supplementary support to help them achieve their academic goals.

Does Linguabox offer classes for complete beginners?

Yes! Our classes are personalised and tailored to match every student’s level and learning goals, including complete beginners. Our teachers will use proven teaching methods to introduce the basics of Mandarin, including Pinyin, tones, basic vocabulary, grammar and sentence structure, and writing strokes and radicals. With our one-on-one classes, students can receive immediate feedback from our native-speaking teachers, which is imperative for beginners learning the pronunciation of a complex tonal language like Mandarin.
